*COVID-19 CHANGES TO POSTAGE (25th March)
As most of our orders are sent via courier, which are picked up from our front door at home. There are no changes to orders sent via Sendle (couriers) However we have already noticed some changes to the couriers pick up schedule, so I think we are all going to need to be patient with the delivery time frames while we all move through this pandemic together.
Orders to New Zealnd will be sent off every couple of days. As we are trying to limit the time that I need to spend in the postage office line to pay for international orders.
Other orders sent via Australia Post will still be sent off same/or next day as we have stocked up on prepaid bags to limit the need to go inside and touch anything inside of the post office.

Amount is calculated at checkout. Based on country zone and weight of parcel.
POSTAGE FAQ - T&C's
- Standard Post orders are sent within 1 full business days.
- Express Post orders are sent same day if placed by 2pm. Orders placed after 2pm will be sent next business day.
- Once your order has been packaged you will receive an email with tracking details.
- One your order has been shipped and you have been provided with your tracking number, Bodhi Blu is no longer responsible for your parcel.
- Please ensure all of your details are correct before submitting your order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, Bodhi Blu can not offer reimbursement. Parcels returned to sender will require a postage payment to re-send to correct address. This will be invoiced via PayPal.
- Bodhi Blu can not be held accountable for postage delays. This includes but is not limited to workers strikes, natural disasters, public holidays and busy postal periods like Christmas.
- if any items you order are out of stock we will notify you by email and a full refund for that item will be processed within 2 business days, via your original payment method.
- International orders may incur taxes or charges dependant on your country customs. These fees are not included in your delivery charges and your responsibility.
LOCAL PICK UPS
- Local pick up is available in Biggera Waters on the Gold Coast. If you choose local pick up we will contact you when your order is ready for collection. More details of the pick up location will provided at that time.
- If you accidentally select "Pick Up" at the checkout, but you actually require postage. An invoice via PayPal will be sent to you for postage charges. In this circumstance your order will not be sent until the invoice has been paid.
- If your order contains a pre order item the all items in your order will be kept and sent together when the pre order item arrives. If you would like them sent separately you will need to put through two seperate orders or we can invoice you via PayPal for additional postage.
