We currently do not ship to other places other then Australia & New Zealand we hope to increase this to worldwide soon when we have the capacity to do so. 

POSTAGE FAQ - T&C's

    • Orders are sent same day if placed by 2pm. Orders placed after 2pm will be sent next business day.

    • Once your order has been packaged you will receive an email with tracking details. 

    • Once your order has been shipped and you have been provided with your tracking number, Bodhi Blu is no longer responsible for your parcel. Australia Post can be contacted on 13 76 78. Australia Post now leaves all parcels in a “safe Drop” area at home. Bodhi Blu takes no responsibility for any items that may go missing or are not delivered correctly by Australia Post. Parcels not delivered or parcels stolen from point of delivery are not the responsibility of Bodhi Blu. If you are looking to track your order please do so by contacting Australia Post.

    • Free Shipping is not available to any orders during storewide sale events. This is because as an online business we absorb the costs of postage when items are sold for full price. But when an item is being sold for no profit we can not afford to absorb the entire shipping costs. Australia Post has become so expensive that the $9.90 we charge for regular postage doesn't even come close to covering the cost of each parcel. 
    • Please ensure all of your details are correct before submitting your order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, Bodhi Blu can not offer reimbursement. Parcels returned to sender will require a postage payment to re-send to correct address. 

    • Bodhi Blu can not be held accountable for postage delays. This includes but is not limited to workers strikes, natural disasters, public holidays and busy postal periods like Christmas.

    • If any items you order are out of stock we will notify you by email and a full refund for that item will be processed immediately, via your original payment method. 

    • International orders may incur taxes or charges dependant on your country customs. These fees are not included in your delivery charges and your responsibility. 

    PRE ORDERS

    • If your order contains a pre order item, then all items in your order will be kept and sent together when the pre order item arrives. If you would like them sent separately you will need to put through two seperate orders or we can invoice you for additional postage. 
    • Expected delivery dates are an estimate only. The items may arrive earlier or later then expected. 
    • Sales containing pre order items are final, they can not be amended or cancelled prior to delivery. 

    PROMO CODES

    • Only one code can be used per order. 
    • Credit amounts are promo codes, they can not be used with any other offers or codes. 
    • If you forget to use your promo code in your order, unfortunatley we can not amend or cancel the order. 
    • Storewide sales have a sales period. They can not be used after that time frame has expired.
